Prima Renting

Discussion about Prima at 130 West 20th Street in Chelsea
Is anyone renting in this buidling? I am considering doing so but am a bit worried about the building going under. It appears a lot of units are still available, the elevators still are not done, etc. Also, please share what you are paying in rent.
