I posted this previously in the "Sales" category by mistake. Considering moving to the Verdesian. Perception of the building has been positive - any negative that anyone can share? How noisy is the Liberty Luxe construction site across the street? Can you hear the noise from the apartments at the Verdesian? Thanks
