Bought for $1.895mm in June 2005, now asking $1.79mm. Fifth floor sold for $1.825mm in October 2004. We're slowly getting back to 2002/2003 pricing. Before you know it we'll be at 1997/1998 pricing once mortgage rates start going up in 2-3 months.
