Looking for some advise on rentals on Riverside Blvd. Leasing office is not budging on rents, claiming the market has recovered. One bedrooms are in $3000 range, and two bedrooms in $5000 range. Yet, there seems to be a lot of vacancies in especially 150 and 180 RSB. This area is absolutely miserable in the winter due to the wind and cold, so I would think a lot of new renters stay away...
