When I point out streeteasy put wrong info, they won't put my post up. Apt sold years ago,they stated it was sold last month. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/499107-rental-300-e-55th-st-sutton-place-new-york The agent who sold the unit try to put his name/firm on the condo site to attract viewers/future sellers/future buyers?
