Had an atrocious experience with the lead brokers on this building. Put in an application, which they did not accept because of issues on credit score- completely understand the logic on the management's part. Took forever to get back What was horrifying were the comments by the brokers- seriously the attitude was as if they were doing us a favor, comments included" he is the one to blame for his credit score" and more along those lines. Oh, and some how submitted a credit score which was about 100 pts off from the one we pulled from Experian. Grew up in NYC and frankly this was hands down one of the sleaziest experiences I have had. Have recommended to everyone we know not to use, sent out the largest group email ever- would avoid at all costs unless you would like to be treated like a criminal. There are too many buildings in NYC to deal with these people.
