Broker Fees Furnished Rentals

Did a quick search of past discussions - I'm trying to get a sense of where fees are these days for a short duration (3 months + / -) furnished rental through a broker. Math delta tells me a "corporate" rental would make more sense for such a short term - not my dinero, job thing.
