Apthorp hush money?

Wow, as soon as the story broke recently about the Health Dept. investigating the Apthorp (as well as the AG and Fire Dept.) for multiple violations, the Apthorp flooded all the real estate web sites (like this one) with ad money for the first time in months. That's as much of an admission of guilt as anything and a blatant attempt to keep this disgraceful unsafe and illegally run and operated "renovation" out of the press. The question is, will it work? Let's hope the AG's office continues to investigate this bogus condo conversion and cannot be bribed or blinded by mondo bucks.
