This place is the worst. I offered to buy in for 750 a year ago and the broker laughed! Now I see it was lowered to 799 after that and then now came back to low 8's. Absurd. IT IS IN THE LOBBY BEHIND A SHADY DOOR IN THE BACK OF THE MAILROOM. BUYERS RUN AWAY. It's a good place for 725-750 if you HAVE to live in the City and NEED a 2/2.
