Cost of Stripping Wallpaper and Repainting

I've dealt with pricing out painting/plasterwork for past projects, but don't have a sense of how much more it would cost to remove wallpaper and then A) return the walls to a painted state or B) re-wallpaper them. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure and any trials for embarking on such a jobl?
