Looking at a place in 10 Jones, managed by Abington Properties. Have read some pretty terrible things about them online - anyone have any insight? Anyone live at 10 Jones and have good/bad experiences with maintenance, apt issues, etc? Seems like a great bldg but I don't want to wind up with a toilet that never gets fixed, mold, or some of the other things I've read about.
