RE asset prices seem to be moving lower, with a large spike in the last 2 days. Looks like the condo/co-op holders in NY with staying power are beginning to capitulate. Low rates have been propping the market, but the cap rates are dismal, even if you assume a 3-5% increase in rents yoy.
