Can I list my apt with 2 differnet brokers?????

Does anyone have any thoughts on listing apt with one broker to sell apt and another different broker to rent same apt. Certainly I would rather sell but just in case. Are there any pro's or cons to this approach. I just hate to be dependent on just one broker. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
