For christ sakes, do you REALLY think the place you are buying will really appreciate beyond ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS per SQUARE FOOT? Enough so that it will over compensate for the additional expense it costs to buy than to rent? I'm glad you people make a lot of money, but you MUST REALIZE, there is more to this world than NY CITY!!! IF YOU DON"T, THIS WORLD WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!!! I Can't stress that enough!! You all are FUCKIN NUTS and you are throwing your money away!!
