Has anyone used Best Home Services? They're top-rated on Angie's List. I'm finally about to move in to my Wburg dream home and need to get rid of door-moving dust etc. I continue to be amazed that developers don't give any choices when you buy pre-construction. When my mother bought a condo in Westchester (ok, it was 20 years ago) she got at least a choice of kitchen floor tile and cabinet finishes.
