interest rate goes down and equity mkt goes down? I AM SO confused.... i thought just like housing, when interest rates goes down RE goes UP? What does the chief economist at your bucket shop tell you is causing this break in the immutable law of finance which states: PV = Stream of cash flow/interest rate?
