Why is no one biting on this apartment? Seems like sales have been closing consistently now at RH, and this is a re-sale, so no closing costs like there are on the sponsor units. I saw this same unit on the 8th floor and thought it was a great layout, so surprised this hasn't gone into contract yet. Any new insight into what's going on over there? These guys are taking a bath...not pretty.
