Many buyers who are looking at high-rise new construction condos in downtown Jersey City are usually visiting Trump Plaza, 77 Hudson, & Crystal Point. All three of these buildings offer a tax abatement on purchases. 77 Hudson & Trump Plaza offers a 20 year tax abatement and monthly maintenance fees of approximately $0.71 cents per sq.ft. Crystal Point offers a 30 year tax abatement and monthly maintenance fees of approximately $0.57 cents per square foot.
