Search Functionality Does not work

So In NYC, the indexing and returning of results in the streeteasy index is incredibly important to the 10 bucks I pay for your service. If you don't index something in a timely manner, I don't see it. If your search doesn't return something that has been added to the index, I don't see it. If i don't see it, i can't make an offer on something of interest.. and i am wasting my money on your... [more]

So In NYC, the indexing and returning of results in the streeteasy index is incredibly important to the 10 bucks I pay for your service. If you don't index something in a timely manner, I don't see it. If your search doesn't return something that has been added to the index, I don't see it. If i don't see it, i can't make an offer on something of interest.. and i am wasting my money on your service. Such was the case today, a property i am interested was available on the market for four days.. if you type the address specifically in the search query, you see it as currently available... of course you have to know of its existence. If you use the streeteasy detailed search and specify properties that have listed in the last seven days, you don't see it, Which is how streeteasy should not function for paying customers imho. So, please fix it [less]
