(Discussing listing at 15 Broad Street, Apt 1400) what is it with brokers and this layout? there is another unit on a higher floor with this exact same layout that is asking $6000 which is still too much. this layout just doesn’t work and while you have over 1500sq ft….it may as well be 1000 for what you get. try $4500 and you might be surprised with them accepting your offer. I think the investors are pricing per sq ft without looking at the usable space here.
