(Discussing listing at 71 Broadway) Only rent in this building if you can deal with jackhammering 24/7. The neighborhood is completely ripped up & they have ripped up wall & broadway continuously over the years. Also, the windows in this building were never replaced, so the AC & heat escape & dirt & noise get into your apt.
