Has anyone heard of these guys? We bought in a condo conversion development that they are sponsoring, I believe it is their first residential building in Manhattan. They originally said that it would be done in March 07, but we are still waiting to move in and they are now saying December. Curious if anyone has had any experience, bad or good, with these guys.
