Looking to buy a large Studio / 1br in the Hudson Tea Building in Hoboken. Most of the listings seems dated or the sellers don't want to admit to a true market value. Seems like around $400k is the magic number for anything on the nicer side in Hoboken. Anyone have any insight they could share?
