I know that 170 W 74 used to be a hotel, and therefore the units are mostly similar 1-bedroom spaces (some of which were combined, etc) but is that the only reason the prices are lower than comps in the area? Seems to be investment-friendly with no flip tax, but what does this mean about the building? Is it not well run or maintained? Anyone know anything about 121 W 72 in comparison?
