Masters vs. Normandy

These buildings are supposed to be 2 of the best Art Deco co-ops in the UWS, right? Why are the prices in Masters so low? I posted earlier about the Normandy - I'm looking for a small unit (studio/1-bed) in an art deco building, since I love that style. Is anyone familiar with either buildings? Any insight would be very much appreciated.
