I know that the 3 buildings at 200, 210 and 220 Congress St (aka Congress Gardens) are not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm curious about the fact that there are 5 1-bedrooms currently for sale between the 3 buildings, 3 of which went on the market in the last week. Is anything going on here, or are people just outgrowing their 1-bedrooms? There's roughly 110 units total so maybe just a coincidence?
