I have been living in the building since March 2011 and have had countless issues with the appliances and mechanics within my apartment. This biggest issue so far has been the central air units which need a visit from an external technician (RGA) on at least a bimonthly basis with no permanent resolution in sight. We've often gone days Additionally, I have had electrical issues with most of the appliances in the apartment including the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stovetop; and installation issues with the refrigerator and microwave.
To any prospective buyers, please add qualifications during your walkthrough as a majority of these issues cannot be properly identified during the walkthrough. You'll need this as leverage as the so-called live in super is not around often to address your issues.
