The Onyx building is one of the most unsuccessful development in Chelsea. % years after the corner didn't take off, the front store it was never rented, the night Rendering by the architect is a dream!! there is no one single light on at night, the block still pretty edgy, the building has relevant acoustic problems, no wonder why 4 units are for sale!
