This building has been renting out illegal hotel rooms. The hallways are in disrepair for the past 2 years and the landlord tells new tenants that they will be fixed in a matter of a month or two. The elevators are out of order often. Many intercoms do not work. There are places of business scattered throughout the building which brings strangers to it every day. The landlords has done work without permits.
