Does anyone know why the sponsor does not want to finish the outstanding work and obtain the final Certificate of Occupancy? They just applied another temporary CO effective 11/30/2011 and expire on 02/28/2012 this is their 25th times CO Number 104376890T025 According to the NYC Building Information System, there are 14 outstanding requirements, including final Plumbing sign off, final Electrical sign off, they both required on 4-17-2006. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
