Hello, I am looking to rent my doorman apartment in Midtown West and was wondering if there is any broker interested in listing it to all brokerages and corporate housing groups. I am the owner and a small caveat would be that neither the tenant or I pay a broker's fee if I ultimately secure the tenant. However, if broker secures the tenant, he/she can charge tenant their normal fee. Thank you.
