We were very impressed how this was presented on the web. This is a very deceiving listing. The project was changed yet the Realtor still show the intended project as if it was the final project. The whole triplex terrace makes no sense, it is on ground floor with a huge central air conditioner thus noise is expected it takes a good chunk of the terrace. The upstairs neighbors plus the house in the back + side of building have a full view of the terrace, the dogs neighbor can simply jump the small wall and visit you for an afternoon tea without any effort....neighbors have full and intimate view of terrace + part of kitchen and bedroom. The second bedroom is very small and the closet is minuscule and 1/2 of each is no more than 2 feet high (under the stairs) and it is in a very tight spot only a small child would be able to access it easily. The master bedroom is ok however the lay out is not very appealing it seats alone upstairs without any aesthetic appeal the balcony faces the back yard. The bizarre part is the third floor, it is a basement room huge room same size as the terrace, however without any physical connection to the apartment. They call it storage room, however it is clearly not a storage room at all because the whole basement room is the same size as the apartment. To have access to it one must leave the apartment as if you were going to another apartment, it has no windows no bathroom or anything very likely that may be subject to floods. One of the bathroom is accessed via kitchen, no privacy it is even a bit disturbing having a bathroom in the kitchen when paying close to a million dollars.... Very disappointing..... [less]
