OPEN HOUSE REPORT: 37 Warren Lofts

The A line is the best one in the building. The C layout just a waste in the foyer "gallery" area which I think they should add that space to the living room cos otherwise, it would be tight to have bar stools, rectangular dining table plus L-shape sofa. They did a bad job on the marble sink counter that they had to redo them all. Mirrors are nice an unique from India (must be only $50 when purchased locally in India) and bathups are fancy looking but small. Have mixed feelings on this buidling. Storage are additionals.. The entire buidling doesnt have direct sunglight as it's not facing south, you can get morning light from the east.. not the best new dev in tribeca.. they surely will have to adjust their prices.
