Hall: New drop ceiling and three new recessed light fixtures, paint, add crown moulding, baseboard
Kitchen: New backsplash - subway tile, add undercounter lights, replace cabinet fronts with recessed panel style ones and paint cabinets, add french doors to existing opening
Living Room: Add crown moulding, baseboard, paint, add radiator cover/enclosure, add one new electrical outlet
