This must be some kind of joke. They are not serious about renting this apartment. I have attempted to attend TWO open houses for this listing and both times they left a whole group of us standing outside in the cold. I'm not even sure this is a real listing. The broker refuses to show the place outside if these open houses that do not occur. what a gigantic waste of time!
