This is no fee but they take 2 months deposit and make every effort not to return the deposit until they make up for the fee they paid for a broker (yes, broker will be paid by the owner so if anything bad happens, broker would not help you).
Do not be deceived by park view. Oh you should NEVER forget to get disclosure of "pest control" history before you sign the contract.
The building is infested.
