Co-op/Condo Homeowners Insurance (HO6)

I've been looking for quotes on condo HO6 homeowners' insurance and am reaching out to SE for a market check. Condo with 1000 sqft; market value around $560,000. Based on other threads, have been looking for coverage from Chubb/Travelers/ACE/Fireman's given their reliability, although I understand these companies tend to be a little more costly. Annual Premium is quoted as $1500: 1) Interior/Fixtures Coverage - 300,000 (replacement cost) 2) Possessions Coverage - 75,000 3) Personal Liability - 1,000,000 4) Loss of Use - Actual Cost, until repairs complete 5) Deductible - 1,000 Thoughts? Is this how much Chubb et al. tend to cost or do one/some of the drivers above depart from customary coverage?
