My husband and I are having a hard time finding the best apartments to meet our needs among the 1000s available.
We are hoping to move to the Upper West Side or near the Tribeca area and are hoping that someone could suggest some apartment buildings for us to view when we visit later this month.
We're looking for a 1 bedroom/1 bath and our budget is $3000-$4000. Ideally the building will have a gym, be in and updated good condition and be in a good location, but me may be willing to forgo one of those if the other is spectacular. For example, we would be able to give up having stainless steel appliances and an updated kitchen/bathroom, if the location was less than .2 miles from shopping, restaurants, subway and a park. If that makes sense.
