Rental at 85 South Street

Too bad the apt they are showing in the photos is not the apartment they are actually renting. The unit currently on the market looks incredible online, but is actually a disgusting dump. the broker tried to tell me that the current tenants trashed it over the past year- but the actual kitchen and bathroon (cabinets, appliances) are totally different (gross, very cheap). so are the hardwood floors, which have not been finished in the gorgeous way they appear in the photos. I'm really annoyed because the broker wasted my time. I'm also sad, because I really wanted to rent the apartment they are showing in their photos. Just a warning to anyone else considering this place.
