1. I have an apt that is becoming vacant in Clinton Hill on July 1st, so have begun to look at its rental market 2. from looking at thousands of listings on Craiglist and a smaller # on SE, it seems to me that that market is com- pletely stripped, with very few listings n the better parts of Clinton Hill, and that rents are way up from last year
