1. I have an apt in Clinton Hill coming up for rent on July 1st, and with that in mind have just looked thousands of listings on Craigslist and a smaller number of SE 2. based on that review, it seems that there are very few apts now for rent in the better parts of Clinton Hill, and that rents are way up from lasy year
