estimates?

I know it's hard, but just wondering if anybody can offer ball park figures for the following renovation job of a 1,000 square foot apartment in Manhattan: -All new wood floors throughout (medium quality) -one bathroom (keep the toilet and replace everything else) -half bathroom (keep the toilet and replace everything else) -kitchen (medium quality appliances, granite countertops and medium quality cabinets); we may also add a bar where none exists and may have to reconfigure where the appliances and sink are located -moldings throughout apartment and built-in shelfs for the living room
