this is a dangerous building! there was a five-hundred gallon oil leak in the basement and backyard of the building on march 2 of this year. they are still cleaning out the stuff. which does not eliminate the health hazards involved, particulary to drinking water. for confirmation see: www.dec.ny.gov., the 'spill incidents database search'.
