I can't believe this one. They're charging the renter 3,500 PLUS 200 for electricity. The owner doesn't pay for electricity or gas since it's included in the maintenance. There are no individual meters. The average 1 bedroom rental in this condo is 3,000 and everyone advertises that the rent includes the gas and electricity.
