building at 2621 Palisade Avenue

My husband and I purchased a beautiful apartment in this building in 2012. We have river views and a terrace on the river that is spectacular. Contrary to the comments I saw written a few years back, we have found this building to be an eclectic mix of people, some who have been here for a few years, newcomers like us, and some who have been here for many years. There are all age ranges here, all walks of life, it is dog and kid friendly, and we feel very at home. The outdoor pool facing the river is such an added amenity and being so close to Manhattan via car, express bus or MetroNorth, what more can one ask for! This is grand living in Riverdale!
