Problem with viewing website on IPad

Has anyone else been having a problem over the past couple of days when viewing this website on their IPad. The web page is not filling my IPad screen unless I manually stretch it and it's reverting to the small view each time I move between pages. Very annoying and, assuming others are having this problem and not some odd problem with my IPad, it's an issue with the website's vIewport. Any admins following these discussion threads?
