Day Care in building?!

I have a potential tenant, who runs a daycare with around 10-12 young kids. My house is a normal 3 story walk up in greenpoint. Is she legally allowed to run her business from my first floor apartment? Any additional insurance or legal issues I should be worried about? Thank you!
