Discussion about 180 West End Avenue #28E
You can get studio condos for this price! Granted it is high floor and south facing but you're facing West End Ave. 150, which is just 400 feet away from you. What kind of view is that? I don't want to start at another building so up close all day. Once again, not worth the exorbitant price tag.
