297 driggs is on the mccaren park with one bed one bath and a balcony. while 118 greenpoint avenue loft is in the middle of greenpoint with one bed and one bath and rights to 200 sq foot. they are both price the same. however roof is not built and would need extra money to build a nice deck. Which one is a better investment (not considering the money for deck). Need some thoughts urgently. thanks!
