Hi, We are looking to rent an apartment on CPS, close to Lincoln Center. The bedrooms in the apartment face the construction site for the upcoming Nordstrom Tower. Anyone know when the project is scheduled to start? Is it not worth looking into rentals in that area at this time given the timeframe of the construction project (which seems to be 5-6 years)? Thanks.
